
1. Where and how do I redeem my Travel Voucher?
Please fill out our “online” Accommodation and Flight Option forms or the ones included in your package
and fax, email or post them to our booking office and one of our travel experts + will phone you to confirm
your travel arrangements.
2. Who does the bookings and how do I know my booking will be completed?
As a licensed Travel Agency we will complete the whole process for you. We are a member of the “Travel
Compensation Fund”. The fund fulfils a number of essential functions that underpin financial stability and
consumer security in the Australian travel industry sector. This fund is to safe guard consumers who pay
money to travel agents for travel services and they ensure that the consumer receives the appropriate
service.
3. Is my Flight Voucher valid for travel throughout the year?
Travel under this program is valid for two years however bookings are required to be finalised with in a
year from date of issue. Air travel and accommodation is available through all seasons subject to
availability.
4. Are there restrictions on the use of Travel Vouchers?
As with all tickets, conditions apply – the major conditions are stated on the ‘Terms & Conditions’
document enclosed in your Package. Air travel and accommodation are subject to availability.
5. Can we request specific accommodation when I redeem my voucher?
Priority will be given to your preferred choice (subject to availability on your travel dates) and thereafter
your 2nd, 3rd and 4th choices. We suggest that you book and confirm early if you have a specific
accommodation preference.
6. Is this offer restricted to a maximum number of nights stayed?
No, you can extend your stay beyond the minimum accommodation requirements, provided we are
notified at the time of booking.
7. Will we require identification prior to being issued a Boarding Pass?
Yes, for security reasons, you will be requested to provide positive photo identification at the Check-in
counter prior to your Boarding Pass being issued.
8. How do we get from the airport to our resort?
We offer a range of transportation options and these will be discussed at the time of booking. These
services are not free.
9. Can you make arrangements for additional air fares if needed?
Yes, the booking office will advise you of the best possible fares for your travel dates at the time of
booking.
10. Can we fly with our own choice of airline?
No, it is at our complete discretion. However, we only engage leading airline companies such as Virgin,
Qantas and Jetstar.
11. Can we depart from one airport and return to another?
Yes, at our discretion and subject to availability.
12. Can we redeem our Flight Voucher by booking direct with Airlines or Resorts?
No, bookings can only be made with the Booking Office (see Question 1).
13. Can we stay at our selected Resort for the minimum period and then stay with friends or make
a visit to another city at our own expense?
Yes, so long as you notify us at the time of booking and the minimum accommodation requirements are
met.
14. Is my voucher transferable?
Yes, all vouchers are fully transferable and can be used as gifts, presents or given to friends and family to
use. There are no transfer fees.
15. Are there any additional costs?
Prices for accommodation are applicable for your preferred dates and are inclusive of the Australian
Goods & Services Tax (GST) Travel Insurance is optional but recommended, Airline tax, $80 booking fee,
2% credit card charge, Personal services, food, beverages, tours, Theme Park entry and any other
purchases are your own responsibility.
16. Can I use my flight voucher with other promotions that may be advertised?
No, as with all promotions they can not be used in conjunction with any other promotions.
17. Will my Credit Card details be secure?
Ezyflights protects your personal and credit card details with the latest Secure Socket Layer (SSL)
encryption technology. SSL encrypts information to prevent it being read during transmission over the
Internet. Ezyflights does not keep any details of your credit card on file.
